With the impending divestment from its US parent company, the billion-dollar Canadian business of publicly-traded Constellation Brands was about to become independent and in need of a new identity.
We worked with them to create their new company, Arterra Wines Canada.

Prior to the sale, we worked covertly with the C-Suite team to strategize their new brand name, positioning and identity.
