Meet the 2019 Yardies

It’s that time of year again! We’re delighted to introduce the 2019 Railyard Lab Cohort.

For anyone who isn’t familiar with our Railyard Lab Intern Programme, this isn’t your typical internship. We started Railyard with the objective of creating a meaningful opportunity for design students and business students to build together, run their own projects and manage their clients. We make sure that students gain real world experience by giving them plenty of responsibilities in everything from designing, budgeting and working on projects.

Running as their own studio from May to August, the team leads design challenges for various social enterprises. Throughout the internship our students receive training from the Dossier team, ranging from brand strategy and design to client services as well as continuous 1-on-1 mentorship and access to project advisors.

We are always super impressed by the calibre and talent from applicants to the Railyard Internship programme and our team has a hugely difficult time choosing the best of the best.

This years ‘Yardies’ are no different and we’re already excited to see what they will achieve.
