Our longstanding 20 year relationship began in the 1980’s with Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, the multi-national chocolate and candy manufacturer. We collaborated on everything from brand strategy, packaging, customer experience and store design, ultimately culminating in a complete brand transformation.

A Sustainable Future
With the trust of the client we set out to reduce the amount of packaging and elements to a streamlined system, reducing the amount of plastic required and moving the packaging system towards sustainability. We sources 100% post consumer craft paper that is also 100% recycable and created corrugate paper inserts to replace the traditional plastic form factors found in chocolate boxes.

A Memorable Customer Experience
With over 55 retail stores across Canada, we re-imagined an entirely new Rocky Mountain retail store experience including the design of store interiors, product display systems and the complete customer experience. We oversaw every detail from lighting and sourcing custom millwork to considering how the candy apples and chocolates would be merchandised on the shelves.
