Still in its early days, we are guiding Yervana’s brand strategy, messaging and articulation for its soft launch. Captivated by founder Jim McGovern’s vision for the company, we came onboard as a Design Venture (DV) partner to help achieve the goal of building a social platform that connects people’s passion for the outdoors with their desire for sharing experiences.
Sharing Economy Start-Up Brand Strategy
In addition to our strategic consulting and creative leadership services of a DV engagement, one of our first tasks was aligning the team on brand strategy, defining the verbal identity and deciding on specific nomenclature, such as “locals.” A process of gathering insights and tapping “early enthusiasts” for feedback also helped further shape the messaging and product experience.
Yervana’s tagline was developed as a memorable expression of their brand vision: to connect adventure seekers with locals through sharing outdoor experiences.
